The renovation to this 1920’s estate was designed to echo the stately old world charm of Europe. The new addition was created to add privacy to a pool and enhance the beauty of the property’s formal gardens. A spacious great room was added, along with a custom stair tower, family entry, wet bar and several other bedrooms. The older parts of the house were completely restored with custom plaster finishes, mahogany French doors, and custom cherry cabinets.
